Nana/ Paradise Kiss/ Gokinjo Monogatari
Gokinjo Monogatari (a.k.a: 'Neighborhood Story') Paradise Kiss and Nana... Three of the best manga series out there. (For those of you who are unaware, Paradise Kiss is the sequal for Gokinjo Monogatari. Nana is a seperate story.)
As for Paradise Kiss, (after seeing the last episode) the manga is *definitely* better than the anime. :P Can't say the same for the Gokinjo anime, since I haven't seen all of the episodes (unfortunately).
